Above and beyond! Pleasantly surprised with extra efforts not typically expected. Erica did all that you would expect from a great Realtor, she is very knowledgeable of the industry, the market, and the laws. It is the unexpected that impressed me most about working with Erica while purchasing our new home and selling our existing home. On both sides she went way above what would be expected. She helped us finding EXACTLY what we wanted in a new home and fought for us to make sure we got a great value. She also went overboard helping us to prepare our existing home to get the most out of the sale. We could not be any happier with the experience. She was responsive and easy to communicate with every step of the way, never did we have to wait for her to return a call or answer a question she was on top of everything from day one.
